George H Earle Dental Clinic is a certified member of the British Dental Association's Good Practice Scheme, awarded through the Gibraltar Dental Association. Only seven practices in Gibraltar completed the scheme's first three-year cycle, presented by the Minister for Health in 2024.
It isn't a review score. It's an audited, renewable commitment to running a practice the way British national standards say a practice should be run.

Dr Menéndez is a specialist orthodontist practising at Earle Dental Clinic. She personally takes each case from diagnosis through to completion — it is never handed down the line.

I have a dental emergency — what do I do?
During opening hours, call the practice on +350 200 79518 and we will fit you in as soon as we can. Outside opening hours, use the emergency line: +350 200 79848.
I'm nervous about dental visits.
You're in the majority, not the minority. The practice is deliberately set up to feel calm rather than clinical, and appointments are unhurried — tell us when you book and we'll take everything at your pace.
What happens at a first appointment?
A full examination, X-rays where they're needed, and a clear discussion of what — if anything — needs doing. Nothing is started until you've agreed the plan.
Do you see patients from Spain?
Yes — patients cross from La Línea and the Campo de Gibraltar regularly, and the practice is on Main Street, a short walk into town from the frontier. Consultations are available in Spanish.
