You sit in a chair that stays upright. We ask about your history, your worries, and what you want from your smile. If you're nervous, say so — you will not be the first that day.
Most first visits are thirty unhurried minutes.
The examination is slow and everything is said out loud, in plain language — what we see, what it means, what it doesn't. No sudden moves, no jargon, no lectures.
Raise a hand and everything stops. That's the deal.
You leave with your options ranked — what's urgent, what can wait, what each costs. Treatment starts on another day, when you've had time to decide. You set the pace throughout.
